I was chatting to a friend of mine at work today when her brother came over and said “Hey faggot” to her and she replied “hey other faggot” back and it just made me so uncomfortable. Like I wanted to say something but then I didn’t and we are starting to become better friends and hanging out together outside of work and I was thinking about coming out to her soon but now I don’t know.

I hate being fucking scared all of the time about how people will react when they find out I’m queer.
